Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A booking fee/deposit is required to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Booking fees/deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances and how close the cancellation is to the event date.

If we are unable to attend your event due to circumstances within our control, any payments made will be refunded.

3. Set-Up & Access

Please ensure that we have suitable access to the venue for set-up and pack-down.

We require adequate space, a safe and suitable area to operate, and access to a suitable power supply where required.

Set-up and pack-down times are not included within your hired operating time unless otherwise agreed.

4. Hire Time

The Photo Booth will operate for the agreed number of hours stated in your booking.

Any additional time requested may be subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Supervision

Our Photo Booth service is manned by a member of our team throughout the agreed hire period.

Guests must follow reasonable instructions given by our staff to ensure the equipment can be used safely.

6. Props & Equipment

Props are provided for guests to enjoy during the hire period.

We ask that all guests treat the Photo Booth, props and equipment with care. Any deliberate damage, misuse or theft may result in the hirer being held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

7. Guest Behaviour

We reserve the right to stop the service temporarily or permanently if guests are behaving in a threatening, abusive or unsafe manner, or if there is a risk of damage to our equipment or staff.

No refund will be given if the service has to be stopped due to the behaviour of guests.

8. Photos & Prints

The package includes the agreed digital downloads and print-outs.

While we take every reasonable step to ensure equipment operates correctly, we cannot be held responsible for technical faults outside of our control, including printer, camera, software, power or venue-related issues.

If a technical issue occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Photo Book

Where included in your package, a photo book or guest book will be provided with copies of the photos taken during the event, subject to the agreed package and available prints.

10. Use of Photos & Videos

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use photos and videos taken at the event for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our social media pages, website and other advertising materials.

If you or any guests do not wish for images to be used for promotional purposes, please let us know before the event.

11. Liability

We accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused directly by our negligence.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the venue is suitable and safe for the Photo Booth to operate.
12. Agreement
By paying the booking fee/deposit or confirming the booking, the hirer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
